How to change Color Dialog language

Using windowsform: How to change Color Dialog language on newest questions tagged winforms – Stack Overflow

I write a word processor in C#, but not in English.
I want to use the Color Dialog, but I want to change the words in Color Dialog to another language, how can I do it?
